Hi Velisha, I was really impressed with your use of visuals. I think they fit nicely into your video and kept the viewers attention. Your introduction was creative and caught my attention. I would suggest clearly stating your objective for the video at the beginning of it. I was unsure what exactly I was specifically going to learn at the beginning of the video. Overall I think you did a really nice job on this video. I'll have to touch base with you in class on incorporating more visuals into my next video!
I just watched both your initial and revised draft of your video. Not only do I think it was a good idea to have an instructional video on this topic, but I thought you executed quite nicely, especially in your second draft. While the voice-over in the first video sounded fuzzy, with noticeable stops, you certainly corrected the problem in your second draft. What did you differently to correct this? Nice job. In addition, I liked how you faded in to your pictures and also how you recorded yourself demonstrating what you were instructing. Nice touch. My only suggestion would be to make it a little more clear from the beginning what your video will be focused on.
I thought you did a great job with this video. I know you have expressed concern over using different technology, but I was really impressed. The video was not only cohesive, but it also was effective. I thought the instruction/demonstration of the product was slow enough for all audiences to follow along. The on suggestion I would make is to sound more confident in your video. I know it is nerve wracking to make such videos, but I think hearing confidence in your voice will mak your audience had more of a desire to listen! Great job Velisha!

Effective voice, nice use of visuals, and the speech goes along well with the visuals.
